DESCRIPTION
This apartment project is located on a rural site and is designed to provide spacious living units in a community setting. Amenities include an open plan, fireplace, laundry room, private backyard deck, and storage rooms. Each building is conceived to provide privacy and security to the tenants; entry doors are isolated so that each unit feels like a single family home. Upper floor units are 2-story,
with room for an extra bedroom and workroom/playroom. The total project will number 25 buildings over 3 phases.
