MISSION STATEMENT

The firm of Yurko Design & Architecture, PA offers a full range of architectural services to guide your project from the programming stage through move-in day. We have a diverse practice, which includes the development of master plans, needs assessments, project phasing, acoustics, adaptive reuse, and specialized design such as churches, schools and libraries.

We have worked successfully together with many committees and groups over the years in both the public and private sectors; and understand the many aspects of programming, planning, design and implementation that must be considered and resolved. All of our projects are developed through teamwork, which always includes the client.

In programming and design, the client participates so that details of the project can respond to the needs of the users. So, we are not just designers of buildings... we are problem solvers, with each project offering a fresh challenge and a unique solution. A hands-on approach at the principal level is the basis of this Firm; the principal contact for your project will be John Yurko. He will attend all meetings and will direct and coordinate the team effort at the local level from beginning to end.

In addition, each consultant will have
a project manager that coordinates his staff and a principal-in-charge will review all final products and design to further assure a quality building.
